concept of communicative tool:
One of the first things I realized was the
trans-formative power of interactive technologies. Tools like smart-boards and
educational apps revolutionize the way we teach and engage with students. For
instance, using a smart board allows for dynamic, interactive lessons that cater
to different learning styles. Visual learners benefit from vivid diagrams and
videos, while kinesthetic learners engage more with touch-based activities on
tablets.
Adaptive learning software and communication platforms have also become essential in my teaching. These tools are vital for differentiated instruction, allowing educator to address the diverse learning needs within the classroom. Adaptive software adjusts the difficulty of tasks based on a student's performance, ensuring that both advanced students and those needing extra support receive appropriate challenges. Platforms like Google Classroom streamline the assignment process, enabling educator to provide personalized feedback and monitor student progress efficiently. In our country, where access to physical educational resources can be limited, Google Classroom has been particularly valuable. It allows educator to distribute materials, assign tasks, and communicate with students seamlessly, even in remote areas. Thus for the practice in near future, we were trained on using Google classroom platform in which i learnt to post assignments, instruction and learning materials. likewise, i also learnt to arrange teaching learning materials systematically so that it will be easier for the student to access it. for the practice, we inserted welcome note, content till week three and some assignments and assessments which gave me insight of using google classroom.

Collaborative tools like blogs have been instrumental in fostering communication and teamwork among students. This platform is a weblog to publish and express our thoughts, views and ideas. These platforms enable students to share their ideas and receive feedback from peers and teachers, creating a vibrant and interactive learning environment. It can also enhance students communication skills as it involves commenting and giving feedback. likewise, it also enhances learners creative and analytical skills. Additionally, video conferencing tools like Skype have opened up new possibilities for virtual classes, parent-teacher meetings, and guest speaker sessions. These tools maintain educational continuity and expand learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom setting, which is especially important in Bhutan's diverse and often geographically dispersed communities.
However, my learning has also highlighted significant challenges. The digital divide is a major concern, as not all students in our country have equal access to technology and the internet, leading to disparities in learning opportunities. This reality requires us to be mindful and creative in ensuring all students can benefit from these tools. Concerns about excessive screen time also necessitate a balanced approach, integrating technology with traditional teaching methods and physical activities to avoid issues like eye strain and reduced physical activity.
Finally, the importance of professional development cannot be overstated. Mastering these communicative tools requires continuous learning and support. Throughout my training, I have often felt the need for more comprehensive training sessions to become proficient in these technologies. Ongoing professional development is crucial for integrating technology effectively into my teaching practices, ensuring I can create a balanced and inclusive learning environment for my future students.
In conclusion, my ICT class has profoundly shaped my perspective on the role of communicative tools in education. These tools, including Google Classroom, blogs, Skype, Facebook, and Telegram, offer immense benefits in enhancing student engagement, personalizing learning, and fostering essential skills. However, they also present challenges that require thoughtful consideration and continuous professional development. As I continue my journey as a primary educator, I am committed to leveraging these tools to create a dynamic, inclusive, and effective learning environment for my students

Reflecting
on my experience in learning communicative tools, I
developed a thorough knowledge of communicative tools and their importance in
modern education. Communicative tools are technology and platforms that help
students communicate, collaborate, and learn in the classroom. They help in early communication between teacher and student. These tools
include interactive technology, adaptive learning software, communication
platforms, collaboration tools, and synchronous and asynchronous communication
tools.
The value of these communication tools cannot be emphasized. They increase
student engagement, tailor instruction, and help students acquire important
skills like cooperation, communication, and critical thinking. Integrating
these technologies into the classroom allows educators to create a more dynamic
and inclusive learning environment that caters to a variety of learning styles
and requirements. As it focuses on collaboration and communication thus enhances interaction learners and teacher.
Understanding the distinction between synchronous and
asynchronous communication tools has been particularly enlightening.
Synchronous tools, such as Skype, facilitate real-time interaction, making them
ideal for live teaching sessions, instant feedback, and discussions. On the
other hand, asynchronous tools like Google Classroom, blogs, Facebook, and
Telegram allow communication at each participant's own pace. These are perfect
for assignments, discussion boards, and feedback that do not require immediate responses,
providing flexibility in learning and teaching. This flexibility is crucial in
Bhutan, where students may have varying levels of internet access and
availability.
